Born and raised in the vibrant city of Bogota, Colombia, Dr. Hernandez discovered his passion for dentistry early on, earning his dental degree in 1996. His educational journey later took him to the United Stats, where he earned his DDS from the prestigious New York University.
A true embodiment of service and dedication, Dr. Hernandez currently serves in the National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel, where his leadership and commitment extend beyond the dental chair to benefit his country and community.
As a Board-Certified Orthodontist, Dr Hernandez has achieved one of the highest distinctions in his field. This recognition reflects his advanced training, exceptional clinical skills, and unwavering commitment to providing superior orthodontic care that helps every patient achieve a confident, beautiful smile.
Dedicated, professional and passionate about helping others, Dr Hernandez loves giving back to the community whenever he can. His mission is to help every patient achieve a confident, beautiful smile—Because he knows that a great smile can truly change a life.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hernandez is an avid athlete and lifelong soccer fan. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and running marathons. He has impressively completed all six of the World Marathon Majors-Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York City-and is set to run the Sydney Marathon this year, joining the ranks of the World’s most prestigious international races.
