Dr. Hussaini earned a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating summa cum laude. He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the VCU School of Dentistry. He attended the MCV campus and graduated magna cum laude.
Following dental school, Dr. Hussaini completed an orthodontic residency program at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where he was awarded a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics. During his residency, he was elected as class president and honored with the chief resident position. This postgraduate training provided Dr. Hussaini with invaluable experience in modern orthodontic principles and techniques. Soon after graduation, Dr. Hussaini became a Board-Certified Orthodontist by becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Hussaini is truly passionate about orthodontics! For him, one of the greatest thrills in life is seeing the ecstatic reactions and self-confidence in his patients brought about by their beautiful, new smiles. He takes great joy in providing quality orthodontic treatment that gives his patient the smiles they deserve. He regular attends continuing education courses to keep up with the latest technology his field has to offer in order to deliver the best care to his patients.
Dr. Hussaini grew up in Northern Virginia and has been a part of the local community for over 25 years. Him and his wife, Maria, are blessed with a daughter, Zaynab, and a son, Yusuf. Dr. Hussaini is an avid sports fan who particularly loves watching professional football (Go Cowboys!). He also enjoys eating out and watching movies with family and friends. Dr. Hussaini and his family love to travel since it allows them to experience the wonderful different cultures and places the world has to offer.
